1. Acceptance of Terms

   c. You agree not to contact registered players directly for scouting purposes. All contact with players registered on Kickfinder must be made through the Kickfinder management team.

   b. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content for platform-related purposes.

6. Payments and Fees
   a. Any fees or charges for premium scout features will be clearly communicated.
